Mine I had to keep a gallon of water in the trunk because occasionally it would overheat as it had a crack in the radiator.

I actually ended up blowing it up because I tried to race a guy on Airline near Parkview Baptist headed towards Gonzales. We both took off at the light, my light came on and I ignored it. Was a mistake because I needed a car after that.

Bought my first car at 18 and it was a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda. Four days later let my sister in law take it for a spin around the block and she totaled it. It's been almost 40 years and it still makes me sad.

My second vehicle was a Ford Lightening, I thought I was a pimp in that truck. People were jealous of me driving it.

1990 GMC Jimmy caught on fire in the high school parking lot when all of us were leaving. I couldn’t help but laugh.

My first car had some kind of sealing issue with the doors I guess. It stormed for a solid hour on campus, and I came back to several inches of water in the car. Had to drive with no shoes and water on the floor to Bennys and vacuum the water out.

That car also got pooped in and thrown up in by more animals and people than any other vehicle in existence

It couldn’t go longer than 1 hr without overheating. If it did, then I had to pull over and wait for 30 mins. Then it would overheat in 10 minutes.

Oh yeah, my steering wheel would lock up and it would hold onto the keys so you couldn’t pull them out or start the car. There’s some overdrive type of button that you can press under the wheel to release it, so I duct taped it down.

My first car was a 96 Chevy Blazer. We used it to haul our equipment around for our band so there were a lot of fun memories. But I drove that thing into the ground hauling our shite, after a while we had to use the largest pull-behind uhaul and that poor v6 struggled to pull that loaded down. Driving from Ville Platte to Lafayette on I-49, RPMs way too high. Eventually things like the water pump and radiator went out. Tensioner pulley stripped out of the engine block. I sold it off to my uncle, and a year later it blew a head gasket and that was it

My first car was my grandmothers '71 Chevy Impala.. It was mint green, my dad had it painted at Fact O Bake to a darker green, my friends use to call it the "green machine" and I swear I could fit 8 of them in that thing... I was 15...

The dash speaker was rotted out so my brother put his old Radio Shack 8 Track speakers in there for me, hooked to the AM stock radio. They sounded like they were farting when the bass drum was hitting during a song.

Believe it or not, someone broke into it and stole those piece of shits..

It looked like Kramer's Impala...

Ha ! This brain cell should have been dead a long time ago. Paid $ 300 for a ‘57 MGA in high school. The girls could be pretty creative for “intimacy” in the passenger seat :-) In early fall, would pull off the road behind a hedge line at Audubon Park. That long hood would be pretty warm.

My first vehicle was an old POS Nissan hardbody. Single cab 5 speed with like 260k miles. I could only drive it short distances during the day because it would overheat. At night all was good.

I was the oldest of all my friends and the first who could drive so on Friday nights me and a few buddies would ride 3 deep across the bench seat and a few in the bed, passing blunts back and forth and through the sliding back glass to my friends riding in the back. Much simpler times, not a worry in the world. Lots of good memories.

I changed the timing chain since it had worn through the water jacket and was dumping coolant into the oil causing it to overheat. Drove it another year or so and sold it. That was 10ish years ago and my parents still see it around town, a guy bought it apparently for his kids to drive through school so I hope they’re having as much fun in it as I did. That truck has to have well over 400k miles on it at this point.
