Pretty much any job other than a government job, it seems to be the only field with a steady growth.

But you still need operators to keep an eye on the unit. Listen and look for things that artificial intelligence couldn't. And for maintenance.

Perfect timing considering they're demanding $15/hour now.

I don't get your point on pharm sales or nursing. Nursing is not saturated.

I don't think there is a shortage of RN's. I think there is a shortage of RN's wanting to work as a traditional RN used to.
There are too many other opportunities for your background these days to convince you to work a hospital floor.
