I often crave some tenders from Popeyes, but I maybe get it once a year because their service is so unfriendly

Waste Pro and Amwaste for trash pickup both suck. Waste Mgmt is damn near impossible to get on the phone, but Atleast they pick up your trash on time.

Your mom has excellent customer service, but not your sister.

Covert Trail cams was great. Got a cell game cam for Christmas. Worked fine for over a year. Quit working. Called them up and they shipped me a new one before I had even sent the bad one in.

I see no one here has dealt with ebay or PayPal. Both horribly bad.

I have said many times I would buy again at Price LeBlanc lexus because their customer service is so good

Yep. Got fricked by them this past weekend. Showed up to the property and it was locked, host wouldn’t answer. Support was hard to get a hold of. Host finally responded once support got involved, saying “the AC was out” and offered to set me up in a different place. I noped the frick out. Support didn’t offer to get me a different place, only a voucher for the amount I had paid. I ended up forking up twice the amount I had paid to stay in a chain hotel.

Never had a problem with AirBnB. You have to rent with the verified and highly rated owners.

Nordstrom, Weathertech, & Lululemon all have great customer service.

Home warranty companies and AT&T are awful.

One of those good fitting tshirt companies you see advertised. I think classic tees or something like that. I ordered a few shirts from them, a few difference colors and 1 a different size. Went online to exchange the size that didnt fit and they had me pick out shirt of the size i wanted but also told me to keep the other shirt and donate it...which was odd because original packing had a resealable bag included to send unsatisfactory items back. I though it was cool of them. I gave the shirt to a friend.

As far as B2B customer service, the class 1 railroads couldn’t give less of a shite about anyone who isn’t one of their top 10 volume shippers.

They will miss a switch, charge demurrage for the empties that they didn’t pick up, then take 6 months to look into the dispute and maybe if lucky refund us for their mistake.

I have rented two (both in Houston area) with super hosts that were not very nice.

Pictures were deceiving

Costco is great.

Last year I bought a $900 laptop, went home, unpacked, computer was dead. I plugged in charger overnight, next morning, still didn't turn on. Brought it back, they apologized, gave me another, and a $100 gift card for my troubles.
