Tribit--I bought a bluetooth speaker from them a while ago, worked great until one day it suddenly had issues powering up. I emailed them and within a few days I received a brand new updated speaker, I didn't even have to return the defective speaker and no questions asked! Great quality speaker for under $50 too.

Solo fire pits and American standard ( toilet) both have customer service agents with authority to send out brand new products no questions asked. Fire pit arrived with a dent... A day before a wknd party agent said "use it, clean it if you can and I'll send you a new one and a return lable". American standard, sent a brand new tank ... Both calls took 5 min each.

American Home Shield can suck Satan's balls "We see that the forecast is for 99 degrees. It has to be 103 for it to be considered an emergency.... So we will have to stick with the scheduled repair for three days from now" ( when AC went out in July ). I paid for the repair visit directly the next day

A few hours later, here comes ATT in my backyard, he's looking at the cut cable and he's pissed. He accused me, but in the end he spliced the cable and moved on.

Didn't you post it on here when you did it, and everyone told you to delete the thread?

Dealing with Rocket Mortgage was a great experience. No stress at all during the lending process. Locally, Sombreros in Walker has exceptional service. Also very happy with Langlois Electric; we purchased a generator from them.

At&t and Walmart have consistently awful service.

Never have had any trouble at Mercedes-Benz' dealerships.

Ritz Carlton's are all over the place. Some are great, some are bad.

I used to love this place when I lived in the area. I see their catering truck sometimes in BR, so they must have some fans out here too.

Bad - Pottery Barn
Bad - Ashley Furniture
Good - Walmart (most employees don’t really give a shite so they’ll let you return anything at any time)

AT&T is just a horrible company in every area. If you travel overseas and you have AT&T, God help you.

T-Mobile has been fantastic. Including overseas.

The owner is in there frequently and it shows. He has always gone above and beyond during hurricanes, floods etc. & that means a lot to me. Great ambassador for the community.

Lufthansa is the worst.

They laid off workers for Covid, now trying to sell max flights without personnel.

Lost my luggage, found it myself at airport after 4 days. No one was even scanning in luggage, just setting it in huge rows.

Great- CFA
Pitiful- Popeyes

I sometimes go to CFA and I never go to Popeyes, and it’s 99% because of the employees and 1% because of the food.

Agreed but there's something wrong with their shipping lately. Probably a UPS problem. USPS is a better option right now.
