Would it not be fair to say that that is the practice now because there was previously institutionalized racism and that's why we have that process now?

Why would a bank turn down an opportunity to make money? Honestly, it was assumed racism, because perhaps a higher percentage of blacks didn’t qualify for the loans to begin with.
Example, two families apply for $ 100,000 loans . One family annual income is $50,000/ year, the other is $25,000 / year. Assume equal credit history.
Now, who is more likely to obtain the loan and who is more likely to be denied?

If you don’t think so then why are Asians approved at a higher rate than whites? Where are the racist Asian bankers?

I dated a Korean girl eons ago. She had to be back home, and it was a bit late after a nice dinner. I said you're pissed. She immediately answered, 'I'm an Asian in a European car, they'll never give me a breathalyser. Never.'

The Federal Government sues banks that are even suspected of racially discriminatory lending. Lending large amounts of money in mortgages to people that ostensibly had no ability to pay it back (or, even intend to pay it back) was the main contributing factor to the 2008 recession.

Colleges teaching this but yet telling everyone they need a degree, nothing wrong with education. The cost and the loans the average borrower will struggle with creating any wealth while paying a 100k in loans.

Our society is setup to reward houses with 2 full time working parents that reinforce the education provided by the schools to allow their kids to become adults with better jobs than those 2 parents had.

This is correct. My parents had good jobs. Dad had no degree, mom had a undergrad. They did ok.

My wife and I both have Masters degrees. We lapped them in income by the time we were 32.

My wife has a medical background, I hope but kind of expected our children to pursue higher education, as their mother and I will be able to finance their education extensively.

The American Dream really is progressive social stratification. The Hope that you will provide an environment for your family to succeed further than you did.

That's not institutional/sestimic racism. That's shitty people doing shitty things.

Show me the laws that make that happen.

There is no sestimic racism in America.

Crack is more concentrated.
No one forced blacks to choose crack over cocaine.
Plenty whites use crack.
That disparity no longer exists.

Why would a hotel tell a paying customer that they were full when they weren't? Simply because they had the wrong name. I'm not saying that it's the case all the time or even most but I do believe that bank employees have turned down blacks in the past simply due to their skin color.

Systematic racism is just another way or saying "shut up, whitey."

It's a fabrication of social engineers who finally accepted we aren't all equal, and blamed the dominant society instead of the individual.

Marxism/Mayoism seek to destroy individuals and base everything on the collective. It's really not someone's fault they're a criminal, its society.

Straight Marxism.
