Seriously. Die B.R. drivers. Die in a fire... with acid... and a knife right in the crotch.

I agree with a few of the strengths of BR listed here but being a better place to live than Chattanooga is definitely not one of them.

Some of you need to relax.

Chattanooga is like half the size of BR and outside of going to an LSU football game, I could list about 20 more interesting things to do there than in BR.

If Baton Rouge didn't have LSU, it would be an even bigger dump

I loved my time at LSU, but rarely ventured more than 7 or 8 miles away from campus because there was nothing worth going to any further away.

And I don't see why everyone loves the water there. I hate soft water. It took me forever to adapt to the feeling of still having soap on my body despite having washed it off countless times.

And Food keeps coming up on these lists in this thread. F'ing shreveport is even a better food town than Baton Rouge other than LSU tailgating. And that says something about how limited the food selection is in Baton Rouge.

Baton Rouge has LSU. That's the only good thing about it.

I can't imagine anyone choosing to live there after graduation unless their family is there.

But it's just some mediocre average town. I don't understand why people can't cut their Baton Rouge umbilical cord and GTFO of that shite hole. You can always come back for LSU games.
