Not yet … I’m early 40s
My grandma didn’t slow down til 85, my mom said she felt old at 60 - so I’m planning on somewhere between there

Yeah I feel fine but I'd be lying if I said I feel 28 now at 44.

I think having to keep up with the 6 year old has a lot to do with it, and the other 5 kids

I'm 38 and only thing I've noticed is that spot kind of where the forearm and elbow meet on the side gets sore on both arms.
Get on YT and watch a video on the Tyler Twist. Will definitely treat tendinitis in the elbow/forearm area.

Right at about 65 is when I felt things hurt a bit more than ever before. But, I continued to exercise, lift a bit, and felt it important to keep moving, such as: hiking, walking, and other leg work at the local Y.

40 was hard. It's down hill quick.

Carnivore diet and methotrexate. But not sure if I call it managing.

Nvm, it's not bad luck, it's pathological stubbornness.
It's called staying active.
I'd rather have some BS issue that I can deal with than throwing a back out bending over to tie my shoe; or be the guy two posts below this getting a hernia jumping out of a truck bed.
Most people are very surprised by my age.

A couple years ago when I simply hopped out the bed of my truck and it felt like I jumped off of a roof!!
My abs were sore the next day from tensing up from the landing! And no I’m not fat. Just getting old.

50-55.
I felt pretty much 100% until then. Now I am just slowly getting weaker, less stamina, more soreness, slower recovery, less agility, etc. Nothing dramatic but noticeable.

I’m 67 , been working out, and heavy into bicycling for last 20 years, body feels better than when I was 35. Going to do a hike in the mountains on snow shoes tomorrow.

I'm 50, and not yet. Still mountain bike, fall, and get up. Still jog. No aches and pains, yet about 30 pounds overweight. Feel good.

Almost 50 and feel as good as I did at 25. Ran a 7 minute mile today in 15 degree wind chill. Felt good.
