But when the sun goes down, you live in Texas. They live in San Francisco...

pro LSU , Louisiana here but I think you’re right. We went to Arlington for the LSU/Miami game , I told my wife I wouldn’t mind living there. That’s a great city

You know Louisiana is bad when Arlington seems like a great city.

The houses are on top of each other, and they don't look all that great

Also only street parking and the tiny garages

That backyard has potential, though

You'd have to put an extra $500,000 into the place, and you'd have a hard time getting it back.because of the surrounding real estate

Lol I love how the San Fran house didn’t even bother to pick up their shite for pics.

Are you trying to use this thread as an example of Texas being awesome? That house is cheaper because people don’t want to live there.

More people move to Texas each year than any other state. Because nobody wants to live here is the main reason

You’re comparing one of the wealthiest cities in America with the largest state in the contiguous 48. Amazing insight. Would read again.

It’s just amazing how much better the quality of living is in Texas compared to San Fran.

People there pay millions to live on less than 1 acre and also have to deal with human shite on the streets.
