JBE just said in his press conference that him and Kenny Havard (W. Fel Parish Pres.) are good friends and they spoke today. He insinuated that Havard knows what the restrictions are and he never got the impression that he was going to disobey the EO.

Yes they were. Fine for fast food and coffee shops, but sucks for the rest of the places.

That may be so but the curfew itself has been lifted by the local officials. There are caveats but that doesn’t negate the fact that the curfew is no longer in place.
