Catching up on the DVR. No joke. A Hawaiian shirt on one and the other has a blue target tee on. All have different vests like they had to purchase on their own.

Some departments do not provide vests to officers or deputies. I'm willing to bet WBRSO doesn't have the budget.
The guys LivePD follows are part of a plainclothes "crime suppression unit" but that's all undone by them wearing their vests over their civilian clothes.

I never really see WBRSO doing anything, but that Marshall that sits on the Lobdell exit is a different story. That baw must make a few million a year for them writing inspection sticker tickets. WBRSO lost all my respect when they let the rich blonde girl from New Roads,that killed the pregnant girl while driving drunk, work as their secretary so she wouldn't have to mingle in general population all day.

I think it’s delayed.
I can’t imagine why LPD picked WBR. Not much ever happens here. It’s not really that interesting.
Unless they want to investigate the deputies soliciting blow jobs on 190 from the women they pull over. Or work release convicts who walk off the job.
