Well since almost all my teachers throughout school looked like mrs ballbreaker from porky's I seriously doubt it.

Graduated in 1969. One coach ran off with a cheerleader. Another coach obviously flirted in class and we were sure one girl was with him. Can't remember any female teachers who did but they were almost all older than 45 and not attractive. This has been going on since the beginning of time

There weren't any attractive teachers at my HS so the closest I came was the offspring. One teacher, who hated me with a passion and whose hate I returned in spades, gave birth to a daughter while I was a student of hers. Many years after I was out of high school and between marriages, I happened to become acquainted with this daughter who was in her mid 20's at the time. I was around 40. She was attractive and interesting so I banged her a few times. Apparently her mother's disdain for me had not mellowed with age as she reportedly had a shite fit when her daughter told her we had been hanging out. Just made it all the sweeter for me.

Head football coach definitely was screwing cheerleaders. He is still a prominent coach now.His wife was a teacher as well and it is well talked about of her sleeping with football players. Also, my mom's good friend from high school married a teacher right after they graduated so you know it had been going on for awhile

Also just remembered that a girl I dated for a few months admitted losing her virginity as a senior to a coach at her HS. He was mid-20's I think and according to her, wanted a relationship with her postgrad. She, however, forgot all about him when she started college.

In the 40's and 50's if a coach banged a girl and was caught the girl was "sent away". The coach would take no blame and his life would go on.
In my high school most of the coaches flirted relentlessly with one girl. I would occasionally see one coach pulling into the back of the school and dropping her off. They went on little journeys during school hours.

Divorced Civics teacher, mid thirties red head, nicknamed the Red Snapper. Always ran after school detention. Was notorious for giving rides home to her targets, who for some reason were always in detention.

Just checking in to report my high school had both female teachers with male students and male teachers with female students.
Mid 80s.
It was not what we considered "open", but it wasn't overly shunned, nor did any one consider calling the law on anyone.

3 stories.
1) one of my best friends' sister (17) ended up dating and marrying a student teacher (21). They would have made it public but had to hold off another year because he got a coaching job at that school so they had to wait till she graduated. He proposed a few months after graduation with parents' blessing. Still married today.
2) senior chick had a quote in the yearbook about how she thought the HS hoops coach was hot. Our senior year he said they banged the whole summer after she graduated. He was single so no harm no foul.
3) our sophomore year we get a random OT 7 English teacher. She was a real bitch. Seemingly unrelated, we get a new district lineup every 2 years in Texas. We got matched to a new school and at a track meet I was talking to a few guys and they ask if we have a Mrs. XXX there. We say yes and they say she cheated with a bunch of students and got divorced and fired. She went to a school 3 hours away but unfortunately for her, west Texas schools get matched up with long distance districts.

I had a friend who "said" the science teacher had him sit at her desk to do something or other and she put her vagina on his elbow.
