We can’t find certified black teachers to teach at our school. There is a shortage everywhere. I would imagine it is so much worse in the world of finance.

What % of black high school graduates are in proficient in either/or/both math and English? Compare that to other groups.
Yet they are supposed to be tokened into the right ratio in every entity in every industry at every level.

Ok. What difference does it make at all? Other than diversity for diversity’s sake, what difference does it make who is running what?
