I don’t remember us or anyone else having one.
But my mom wouldn’t have wanted it in the house. My dad thought they were BS, I’m sure.
At some point I think they were outlawed but not sure. Couldn’t find anything concrete. Probably banned more than outlawed.

When we had our businesses, I opened the back door at one location that lead to a back alley. This was probably early 2000's. About 25 feet away sat a ouija board. I walked up to it and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. I walked away and locked the door. I opened it a few minutes later and the board was gone. Scary feeling came over me.

People are going to have to come to terms with the fact that our Consciousness creates our reality, not the other way around. I am always surprised when Christians don't believe this, when its Bible reflects this over and over again, and Jesus said this repeatedly. As a matter of fact every major religion in the world says this.
Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, `Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you" (Matthew 17:20). He also said, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, `Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done" (Matthew 21:21).
Faith is the connection to God and control of your mind.
Unfortunately it works the other way too. Look at what Jack Parsons of JPL
brought through the portal when he developed our first rocket for NASA.

The board is just a symbol of the minds intention. There is nothing more powerful in the Galaxy than the human mind.

It’s probably not the board itself, but what folks are trying to do with it. They could so the same with a paper bag is my guess. They are playing with fire. I know someone who toyed with the occult/tarot cards and shite started happening and she and her child saw things. She opened a portal. No thanks. I won’t even watch movies or read books with that stuff and I used to, minus the Exorcist, once was enough on that one. Don’t want to give that evil a place in my mind.

Yeah the Jack Parson rabbit hole is not one for the faint hearted. He was a complete genius almost of Tesla level. But he was a pure Satanist

Dixie is correct, the power is almost never in the item but the power the mind gives it. A Cross, a Bible, a pentagram or a Satanic ritual item, voodoo doll etc have no power and you can buy all that on Amazon. The Human mind or our consciousness place power into them.
Scientifically there was no way 6 11-12 year old could lift a 80 pound table perfectly level 2 to 3 feet in the air with their fingers but I was there and we did it. And the only reason that we knew about this game is because other kids were doing it all over the country. The only reason the table fell is it someone open their eyes then we all began laughing our asses off.
This is the poltergeist period of the human mind when it’s probably at one of its peaks.
Check out MK ultra project, remote viewing, etc etc one time if you don’t believe this is true because your government has invested millions into it just like the Soviets have. And they are still doing it

I remember playing light as a feather at slumber parties as a kid still in elementary school. We weren’t successful. Never touched an ouija board or cards. Will look up what you mentioned.

I was just messin with you, because I remember you posting about hunting there and getting weirded out.
I've only drove through there a few times.
