What are some of your favorite sites and apps that you use for viewing weather radars. I like the MyRadar app, but I haven't yet found one a website that I like.

The standard Apple weather app is extremely detailed, informative, and correct!

MyRadar ... simple and quick

I downloaded raindar about 8 years and since then it's no longer available but it's still my favorite weather app. Touch the icon and it pulls up the radar in your area.

My sisters fiancé is a weather nut who does statistical weather analysis for the agriculture industry, and storm chases as a hobby. He swears by this app.
I was camping with them this past weekend and we had some periodic rain Saturday night. He was constantly giving us ETAs and durations for the next rainfall, and was spot on.

Radarscope is the best but it isn't free and has features you're probably never going to use. If you can pick out rotations, then sure, probably worth it to have a velocity scan available. If you just need to see where the rain is, stick with myradar or something else free. The data is the same, you just won't have the fancy other tools.
For a forecast, your local NWS plus a local news station that is good at the weather is as good as you'll get for free. Most places just input model data for local forecasts.

Dark Sky
Apple bought this app, so it's now the Apple app. But it costs $4. I like it. Easy to use and generally on point.
Also like Yahoo weather app.

And as of June 30, not supported for android. The OP stated he had an android.
I would love to find a new replacement for darkSky for android. I have Radarscope and it is great when storms are approaching, but it does no good if I'm trying to find out a forecast.

Weather underground app works like a charm with radar as well.

Radarscope for radar. College of DuPage for Goes16 satellite imagery.

I used Radarscope last spring to track a EF-4 that was heading very close to my house.

It's great for that. It's worth it if you live in tornado prone areas to know how to see a tornado on radar and have a radar app with a velocity option.

Weather underground app
I used Weather Underground for many years. Then I started having problems (like radar not loading except for the map) with it for months. I finally got frustrated and deleted it. Maybe it's time for another try.
