Certainly not me. I’ll take the dry heat we had in May-June over 90% humidity and 90 degrees.

We had dry heat in May and June? I just remember it being hot as f*ck and we got no rain.

Everyone always complains one way or the other.

No hurricanes…no care.

Exactly! The mud is turning colors(green) begging for mercy. Prolly rained close to 10 inches in July; way wetter than average!

Give me more sunshine! Don't care that it's Hot wont complain! It's Summer! Donate some of this rain to the drought stricken West!

Knowing we live close to the Gulf it's no surprise; doesn't mean it doesn't get old! It has Rained 14 of last 15 days. The other day we just missed the storms with it thundering half the afternoon.

Yep. The BR area finished July with 9.30" of rain. More than half of that, 5.7" worth, came on two days, however.

All-in-all, the area was 4.21" above normal for rainfall in July.

I remember a few Summers in Baton Rouge where it felt like that. I recall one in the late 90s when I was delivering pizzas around Tigerland/LSU all summer. I had no a/c in my Hyundai and it seemed like it rained EVERY Damned day about 3pm.

Delivering hot arse pizza in a hot arse car in the pouring rain sucked donkey dongs.

And for the BR area the rain was spread out the entire month of July in small increments vs. a few days of heavy rainpour.

Actually, I mistakenly used the BR data for NOLA. BR saw roughly half of its July rainfall come in two days.
