Neal Boortz, who’s also a pilot, mentioned wX way back & it’s bookmarked on my PC. I guess it never popped up when I did a app search.

I use the app frequently, so I don't know why anything would change for me like that. I figured it was some glitch so I closed it out, opened it up, signed in .... still only had 2 days + a boat load of ads. Either way, I'm done with it.

Are you sure it's Weather Bug?

I've never signed in or paid a penny for it, yet I'm looking at a 10 day forecast right now with 1 ad between Saturday and Sunday then no other ads for the rest of the 10 days

The issue with NWS is that it’s built no nonsense and no frills.

Their hurricane reporting is horrendous for example. It’s not consistent with the way they present information from storm to storm. The different filters and options typically make sense for other people interested in weather. Functionality that most people want to see is completely missing.

What do you mean?

NHC is all 99.99% of people could possibly need for tropical information/preparation.

I'm fine.

Their 10 day graphs are the easiest way to assimilate a ton of information at a glance. I haven't found anything better.

If you’re in the South, get James Spann’s app. He’s the best weather forecaster in the business.

I used to use Wunderground, but it became so bloated with advertisements that it was hard to load. I switched back to the weather channel site where there are no ads unless you want to watch videos.

For people who don’t follow weather so closely and want more information (me) it’s almost useless

Might as well just use the Apple weather app. They’re all equally wrong.
