They all had severe weather for this region and potential tornadoes.
Realize they didn't "miss" the outbreak zone. The numbers were better in Louisiana. There was just so much crap firing ahead of the better forcing and just a generally messy storm mode in Louisiana vs this organized line that can spin off the available low level shear.
The higher risk was where the moderate was, it just didn't materialize.
