How far are the nearest Sonics from the location?

This may be important..

Broaddus Burger in Lafayette is moving, and their old location that's coming available is an old Sonic. It could work.

A guy I know always wanted to own a bar. After he retired from the Navy, he partnered with a guy who knew the bar business, with my friend putting up the money. After a couple of years, my friend learned the bar business, and his partner had the money.

I like that there’s free local pickup to cutdown on shipping costs. But not really thrilled about the return policy...

Cool place. Back in my college days it was called the Mercury Room. Was one of my favorite venues and even had the privilege of playing there once.

I was trying to remember what it used to be. I saw some shows there back then....maybe your band.... The problem with the location is that area is being quickly gentrified w/ new real estate development and I can see the lease being terminated or the rent increased....its happened to a few iconic austin bars the last few years.

Austin - one of America's 10 worst cities.

I'll keep my millions to myself a while longer.

Not if the property itself doesn't come with it. Really no point in that.
