Can`t help but notice, it`s an able body person, no mirror tag or license plate tag and 95% of the time it`s a black person.
I have had patients ask me for a PERMANENT tag for everything from an ingrown toenail, to plantar fasciitis, to bunions.
...and yes, 98% of the time it's kings and queens

Your grandmother should get a mirror tag, so she can transfer it between vehicles. My mom is the same way and I frequently drive her. She has a windshield tag, to avoid confusion.

Store got to complain if it’s private property

One of the grocery stores near me has a spot dedicated to Purple Heart recipients.
While I applaud spaces for PH recipients, there is no lawful reason stopping anyone from parking in military, pregnant, order-pick-up or any other, apart from handicapped. The property owner can try to enforce it, but law enforcement should not.
I am annoyed with stores, particularly walmarks, having a dozen or more premium spaces designated "order pick up". That coupled with the move to self check outs. I don't mind the self check outs, but just as WM used to have 20 registers and 2 open, now they have 20 self check outs, 3 of which for those grocery delivery services, 5 are broken and one long fingernails, 3-foot weave sassy attendant who is very focused upon her phone, slow to respond to gramma needing age verification to buy her schappes and spray paint.

Yall constantly bitch about crime and murders, now you want police to worry about handicap parking?
Everyone knows stealing a handicap spot is the gateway crime to snatch & grab theft, which leads to armed robbery, then murder. How do you not see this
Also, it’s the OT. If there isn’t a new thread bitching about something every few hours, the board might lose all new content

Online order spots are for anyone

Where I live in Texas, there's a citizen volunteer group that goes to parking lots and issues tickets to invalid handicapped tags & plates. $500 fine, and it's strictly enforced. I see this group at HEB a lot. They're awesome.

My coach in high school would put in a dip and spit on their door handles when he saw someone doing this.

Citizens volunteer group??? They are officially allowed to write enforceable tickets? If I don’t pay, will a warrant be issued?

Also cops cant write tickets in parking lots
I have watched a cop drive across a parking lot and ticket every car without handicapped tags in those spaces..
