We don’t say Happy 25th in December or happy 31st in October

Saying happy 4th in July is just as ridiculous.
It’s American Independence Day from British tyranny! The first real day of existence of The United States of America, the greatest country in the history of the known world happened 243 years ago to this day.
Let us not take for granted on this day of all days
Happy Independence Day!

SJW's will outlaw this holiday before too long.
Enjoy it while you can, whatever you want to call it.

You know who really loves Independence Day?
China. They make bank selling fireworks to the roundeyes.

Not really. The other Holidays you reference are called Christmas and Halloween and the date they take place on is not referenced in the name of the holiday / event
The holiday on July 4th is known as “The 4th of July”
So referencing the date for this holiday and not the others kinda makes sense to me

Where did I say that? Is it not easier to say? Why are you putting words in my mouth to try and make a point?

It is unfortunate that more don't call it by its proper name. "Independence Day", as it rolls off my tongue has filled me with pride and patriotism since I first uttered it.
"4th of July" is ok I guess... I don't hate it. But it doesn't fit the magnitude of the day.
I suppose the Declaration of Independence MIGHT be part of the reason, in that it begins: "In Congress, July 4, 1776..". as that was the main symbol of the holiday, and reason for it... and "July 4" is so prominent on the document, perhaps that contributed.

I don’t think 5 people out of 100 could tell you how he constitution begins.
We’ve just become ungrateful and ignorant
