I'm guessing he's writing out his closing arguments. Any legal way for the judge to see it before he's allowed to speak to let her determine if he's remanded to the other room? Any lawyers in here?
Here is the hand. He must want to come back so he's writing out his pledge.
ETA: It's going to quickly for him so he wants to delay more.

I haven't been following, this much but has this psycho accidentally fallen into a brilliant legal argument at any point in the trial?

He was up until 6 am or so drinking and streaming on Twitch. He's 100% still asleep. Check out LegalMindset on Rumble or LegalVices on Youtube though. I'm watching Mindset right now.

lol. No.
Unless you think repeating lawful law over and over is brilliant.

Telling the judge she isn’t really a lawyer.
He’s a genius.

*Or is he still banned from youtube?

To be fair... some judges who are elected to the bench are more politician and less lawyer

He gets tens of thousands of views on his late night streams and has over 5000 subscribers on his locals channel. He's doing ok.
His YT was unbanned a couple of weeks ago but he has decided he is no longer going to stream on YT and instead make Rumble his main platform. He also does watch parties on Twitch.

I hope she ignores his waiving until she is done reading all of these charges and instructions.

He's not banned from YouTube anymore but has taken the vast majority of his content over to Rumble due to his permanent banning on YouTube which lasted 3 days
I think he's decided to let Legal Vices, Aussie Overlaw'd, & Legal Mindset do the main grifting on this trial... let them build up a fanbase
He was struggling watching the trail when he was streaming it due to Brooks & the Judge's conduct

I have no idea who all these newer platforms pay out. Something to look into some day.
Rumble actually shows what each vid made which I find interesting. Especially since I have seen some youtube creators showing how they made next to nothing on vids with over 1 million views.

His grand finale will be telling the jury in closing arguments "ladies and gentlemen, I am not Darrell Brooks. If the name don't fit, you must acquit!"
He’s going to request a trial by combat

It's an option creators can turn off. Rekieta's said that he believes in transparency so he keeps it on. With that said it only shows ad revenue not superchats, which he makes 10x the ad revenue each night. It's insane how much money he makes.

No reason to recognize him... his time to object to all this was yesterday and he didn't want to participate in it

Determined to get this shite done before lunch like she said yesterday.
