My jaw would be hurting like a bitch right now if I had to read all these jury instructions

Since we will definitely get closing arguments today. How long will Brooks get in his before getting shut down because he talks about subject matter jurisdiction, treason, and jury nullification?

She said yesterday that she would release the jury around 7 pm if they haven't reached a verdict

It's an option creators can turn off. Rekieta's said that he believes in transparency so he keeps it on. With that said it only shows ad revenue not superchats, which he makes 10x the ad revenue each night. It's insane how much money he makes.

During the Rittenhouse trial, I was tracking his superchat totals on the playboard site. He was getting thousands of dollars per day...some days were over $10K.

I don't have a playboard premium account so I am not able to go back that far for screenshots.

ETA - this is the site I am talking about...here is the link for Legal Vice's super chat info ($38K+) over the last 30 days.

He said on his Saturday stream with Andrew Branca that he made over $250,000 during the Depp trial.

Wow.

I guess I don't quite understand all of this. I can't imagine paying one of these guys to have them read my comment or answer a question.

Emily D. Baker has nearly 27,000 watching her stream. No telling what she makes.

When they go on each other's streams, do they get paid at all?

Me either. I usually watch his late night streams when I wake up in the morning, so I have background noise while reading my emails, but I would never pay to have one of my comments read. I do have an annual subscription to his locals though.

Only the hosting streamer gets paid... if that person splits it up it's on them

Now Nick opens a chat on Locals whenever he's on air... whether he's hosting or a guest... so he can make money that way

People probably do it for different reasons. The only time I've ever donated/paid extra is just as an acknowledgement that the entertainment provided vastly exceeds either the subscription price or the ad revenue generated by viewership.

But I'm not out there throwing around hundreds of dollars or anything.

So, is Brooks going to ask to come back to the courtroom when they come back?
