If Brooks even have a design, I guess this is part of it. Drag it on for as long as possible, cause as much confusion as possible, and the jurors may just want to get out of their if deliberations go on for any length of time.
I am giving him a lot of credit for strategy though.

If anything, I believe he is trying to just get as much grounds for appeal as possible.
But mostly he is just completely ignorant of the law, legal proceedings, and how to be a lawyer.

Too much.
However, he does want to make sure the jurors know that he believes there is no subject matter jurisdiction and that the court is hiding things from them.

I'm curious as to where SovCits even get the basis for these arguments. Are they of the opinion that the state is illegitimate and can't bring charges? How would a murderer ever be brought to trial if only a living person can be the injured party?

I hate this man so much. He is now asking a witness a line of questions about why he is turning to address his answers to the jury and not looking at Brooks. I wish he would've run from the cops or tried to attack them when he was apprehended.
