2 jurors tested positive for COVID and have asked to be dismissed. Judge bringing out the jury to ask if any of them have any concerns about continuing to serve

If Wuflu resets this whole trial there are going to be some pissed off people.

Apparently Brooks has filed some motions that will need to be discussed after the jurors are questioned about the COVID thing.

so we started with 16 jurors... now down to 14

ETA: nevermind... the potentially exposed juror is still there... so we're at 15... not 14

So two tested positive, one person brought up a COVID concern, but the person who brought up the concern isn't a positive test and was willing to continue today? Why even bring up the concern then?

Judge pointing out that a positive test essentially means nothing if they're competent and able to pay attention.
