Just because they called it a prank doesn't make it so. They crawfished after they saw it was blowing up and there could be real trouble for them. What if a single juror was influenced?

the post was edited to state it was a hoax after their devices were taken, so it was a hoax.

As for if they saw it, jurors take an oath to avoid any information about the trial when they got home at night.

there is nothing prejudicial, in fact, the post was in SUPPORT of Brooks. If anything, it would cause a juror to refuse to convict if it did influence them in theory

Subject line says 10:45. Which seems to always be earlier than reality.

i can promise you that it was satire, that will be easy to prove. These are the same people that made r/loveforlandlords, r/transteachers, ect. It is all to bait people

it was all pretty damn on the nose but people eat the bait time and time again.

what is that juror doing reading outside information? how would that be any different than reading an onion article about the case

I didn't see the testimony or evidence presented regarding the battery charge. Is there a chance he'll get off on that one?

If so, I hope they lead with that one.

The judge is going to muzzle him at sentencing. He is going to lose his mind during the victim impact statements.

Charges 1-6 are the murder counts... we'll know immediately if he's going to prison for the rest of his life

The bail jumping/DV charges are the last like 2 or 3... those will be the icing on the cake

Once the verdict is read... the defendant can not be prejudiced against anymore

The judge can do pretty much whatever she wants in the court at that point

We already know.

They decided 76 counts in about an hour last night. Only pushed back to today so they could do the paperwork.

So they lie first, then take back that lie but we're supposed to believe them that it was a prank? We'll let the Sheriffs decide that.

Also, you don't actually have to be on the jury for a jury tampering charge baw. Maxine Waters was almost charged during GF trial.

Holy shite, who gave Brooks internet access and a username here?

I'm sure a lot of us are watching Rekieta Law on Rumble

But there's Law & Crime, Court TV, the Milwaukee news stations, etc.
