he just said he's going to "inform them of their power" -- earlier he said that the power is in reference to nullification.

He is never going to say "I will tell them they have the power to nullify" and she will not give into what he really wants until he does. The best thing she can do is bring the jury in, let him lead with it, end his closing there, then remove him and inform them to disregard.

she just flat out told him how to get around it and he didn't catch it.

honestly, that already happened and is why the jury isn't there. unless he pledges to not say it again she needs to declare it closed

That's happened a few times. She needs to wrap this up.

Yep. The first hint of "I'm going to tell them about jury nullification" is grounds to end it. She needs to nut up and do it.

No joke

this is what he wants. he doesn't want to give a final closing, so he can further argue that after his verdict. he just wants something else to complain about later.

It's now been 2.5 hours after lunch. This should have been done. Stop indulging him. He wins every single time.

They interviewed him last week outside the courthouse and he said he is there to support Brooks because he feels like he isn’t getting a fair trial.

He's just going to keep talking when they object. It's going to be nonstop.

Just bring out the jury.

Moving him to the other courtroom is even worse for closing argument because then he will argue that they muted him when he wasn't talking about jury nullification.

That's why they have bailiffs and another court reporter in the other room.
