In a round about way, I agree. I think she's trying to get him to just outright say it. As of right now he's said "I'm going to tell them about a power they have." She wants him to say the words, "I'm going to tell them about jury nullification." Semantics, probably. But that's what I think she's doing.

He has said he is going to bring up jury nullification. She has told him he cannot bring it up. She is the judge. She needs to do something here. Move him to the other courtroom at the very least. I think at this point he has forfeited his closing in my opinion.

Yep. They just called this on Rekieta. This is right out of the sovereign playbook. Delay, confuse, argue. Never give in to proper procedure. He wants her to end his closing and she knows it. Yeah, it makes her look weak, but she is doing all she can to keep this out of the appeal process. She doesn't want the families to go through this all again.

he just said he's going to "inform them of their power" -- earlier he said that the power is in reference to nullification.
