But the best, IMHO, was his spur of the moment decision to go fishing, in San Francisco Bay on Xmas Eve, because it was too cold to play golf.

Yeah, that part of the story gave me a bit of a chuckle. If there’s one lie in there to make that story fall apart, it’s this one.

I question the intelligence of anyone that thinks this man is not guilty of killing his wife.

Right. Let me drive 90 miles to Berkeley Marina, when there are many bodies of water closer to Modesto. In a brand new boat. On Christmas Eve. While my wife is 9 months pregnant with out first child.

But its too cold to play a round of golf.

The whole thing about the in and out order is just cop being a douche cop. They had a 6 hour car ride from San Diego back to Modesto. Pretty sure anyone is gonna want some food on that sort of trip.

Dude was guilty though.

Letting the dog loose with the leash is the only thing that leads me to question a bit. You definitely have to be a psycho to let your dog go free.

After murdering your pregnant wife? I think Scott Peterson wouldn't have blinked at letting the dog loose. But I do think he's a psycho.

Yeah, it was a bad joke about people caring more about their dogs.

You can hear how psycho he is in those calls with Amber.

One of the trends from back then I never understood, people getting so wrapped up in trials they attend in person with signs and have pure elation when the verdict comes out. fricking weird

The innocence Project

They're wrong half the time

Of all the cases taken on by the Innocence Project so far, about 43% of clients were proven innocent, 42% were confirmed guilty, and evidence was inconclusive and not probative in 15% of cases

Thier MO now is to work on cases with a surge in popularity on social media to load up on cash. Like getting that obviously guilty muslim guy off in Baltimore that stupid women wanted free.

Just went down a rabbit hole, he had a 14’ aluminum v hull with a 15hp motor. Apparently he had basically bass fishing gear with artificial lures and claimed he went sturgeon fishing. Seems like complete BS a guy would drive 90 miles from home to fish for a specific fish like sturgeon without having proper gear, but as said during the trial it’s not the first time an amateur fisherman uses laughable equipment.

ETA: the body was found very close to where he claimed to launch his boat. Which is a major red flag. But getting the body even cut up and concrete anchors off would not have been super easy those small aluminum’s are very tippy.

As an avid golfer and fisherman, deciding between the two is a weekend activity sometimes changing my mind on the way to do the other. Using this as a method of determining whether or not a guy murdered his wife is completely ridiculous.

I do think the guy is guilty tho after all the real facts came out.

Ahhh yes back when the news could tell you that the brand new tickle me elmo doll is SO POPULAR EVERYONE WANTS ONE. And you had no opposing opinion to go off of so you went and sat in line to spend $150 to hear hehehehehe that tickles until your ears bleed and pretended to be happy about it.

One item they didn’t seem to mention in the Netflix or the Peacock documentary is that he went and stayed with his half sister in the area near Berkeley Marina and according to her podcast with Oprah would watch the bay. He also apparently had multiple other affairs. He was sociopath and habitual liar.

When they recovered something in the bay and it wasn’t Laci you heard him give an audible “whew” relief sigh.
