Well... here are my thoughts on the matter. I'm 38 years old and my actions have never got the police called on me, or got me handcuffed, or my face slammed into the ground.
Not saying the cop was right. But dont act like a dumbass and bad things may not happen to you.

I’m a whitey that got beat up by 3 white cops in college......I was 160lbs soaking wet....they all pressed charges on me for battery........when I went to my court date I simple asked the DA....”does it look like I beat up those three guys?”
He actually laughed and dropped all charges.........no camera phones back then though.
Cop had the kid detained, with plenty of backup, he was completely out of line.
And yes I have 2 degrees in Criminal Justice. Cop was out of line. PERIOD

The dealer deserved to be arrested - he didn’t deserve to be assaulted while he was handcuffed and prone and no physical threat to the collection of officers around him. He cussed and spat on the guys shoe and taunted him. Sticks and stones.....

I'm in no way saying what the cop did was right. But spitting blood on an officer is a criminal offense. Especially considering all the viruses that are transmitted through both.
To compare that to the sticks and stones saying (words will never hurt me) is laughable. Spitting blood on an individual is no worse than words? Come on, man.

It's this weak arse attitude that will have that stupid punk getting out of jail and going right back to being a POS loser. Kid needs a good arse kicking and face smashing....then needs to feel alone and like no one can help him....and that it's okay for the officer to frick him up a little for being a POS. That will put some fear in him and maybe he'll turn out an alright dude showing some respect when he gets out. Why do the cops have to be gentle with these POSs? frick that. Perp talks some shite, smack the frick out of him. Perp hits, tase his dumbass. Perp is trying to cause some serious harm to someone...shoot to kill. Yep. It’s expected for a thug in handcuffs to act like a thug in handcuffs. Nothing new there. Cops shouldn’t let words get to them. They should be the example of what professionalism looks like. Not being coward pussies.
