At what point did he spit on him. The perp is laying face down, handcuffed, cussing?
I’d be the first to condone knocking the hell out of anyone spitting on an officer, but I’m not seeing it. If he did spit, it was at shoes/ ground, and that doesn’t warrant slamming a head into asphalt. I did 15 years of service and this is complete bullshite. The officer just cost his tax payers money and should be indicted on excessive use of force.

Too much to ask of minorities. You see, they are special and have the right to commit crimes without being accosted by the Po Po's.

You are wrong. If that was your kid or spouse, you’d have already been in a lawyers office. The guy was face down, handcuffed, and there were 10 other officers standing there. That was, or should have been a very easy situation to handle without slamming a head into concrete. If the guy was on his feet, not handcuffed, and spit towards an officer, then his arse should meet concrete. This won’t end well for the officer, and it should not.

Frick that cop and all you dumbarses defending him. He got upset because he was cursed at. Can’t handle words, don’t do the job. Rough him up a little, arrest him, and end it. This cop took it too far. Frick him.
It is attitudes like this that result in your daughter being raped and murdered while she is out for her evening run by a drug dealing illegal piece of shite.

Yeah man, let’s send ten cops after a 19 year old selling a bag of shrooms he could have picked up in the fricking woods.
Then, let’s frick up his face and abuse our power to prove a point about how tough and “right” we are.
Remember, we are grown adults - and this kids brain is literally still developing, but let’s frick him up real good because he spit at the ground after having his face fricking pressed into a dirty sidewalk with god knows what on it.
We can say he “assaulted” police officers because he “spit” at us!
Haha! I love taking care of other people’s children!

In this case if my kid is acting up like an a-hole like this then he just learned an important lesson in how to act with the police so no I would not go to a lawyers office.
He did spit on him which is why he put his shirt over his face to stop him from spitting. The spit did hit his shoes but he was trying to spit on the officers regardless of where it landed.

If that was my kid and he was dealing shrooms and cussing, backtalking, and calling cops n******* I wouldn't be upset with the cops teaching him a lesson.

You seem awfully triggered by this whole situation. Doesn’t seem like what the officer did was necessary at all, but the level you’re taking it to is a little crazy.
Anyway, many of these people have been in and out of the system their entire lives, often times STDs come with incarceration. Spitting on the officers foot is considered intention exposure to a blood borne pathogen. Putting his knee in the back of the guy’s head shouldn’t have been his reaction but at the same time; comply and there won’t be any issues. I’ve been pulled over a lot. I comply. I’ve never had an issue. It’s not really that hard.

If 10 police officers can’t handle someone, handcuffed, face down, without one slamming his head into concrete, there is a huge problem. But I highly doubt if your kid is handled like this, you will be taking about a learning lesson. That’s excessive, and again, this is coming from someone that served for 15 years and had numerous use of force issues. This isn’t the look the 99% of police want or tactics they use. May your kid never meet a jackass like this.

I guarantee you the public who will be serving on that jury panel will vote not guilty.

Stop.
fricking.
Resisting.
99.9% of these so called incidents arise from resisting arrest. If you are guilty. Do not resist. If you are NOT guilty. Do not resist and own their arse in a court.
Anarchy is being preached in this society and it's getting people killed.

This guy wasn't a threat to the officers in this position.
There is no excuse for physical harm.
You want to make those cuffs extra tight and toss him in the back of the car - do it.
But anything beyond that is a failure to do the job properly.
If you want to let your political leanings run your mind, then continue letting injustices like this slide -- sooner or later unchecked power is gonna burn you too.

I'm always amazed at how many people side with the piece of shite over the police.
If I made the rules, I would allow the cops to beat the shite out of people who deserve it.

I am always amazed at the number of people who would just throw out the Bill of Rights. Plus they are almost always the ones that also claim to be strict constructionists.

It's not an issue of siding with a pos or the police.
Sadly this is how the common-man processes most things - entirely wrong.

Don't people make fun of places like Russia and China for this?
