If I hadn’t said it 100 times. OP could be so much more forthcoming from the get go. Sounds like they let old bubba off.

That wasn’t the question.

Most likely, a criminal summons will be served for some point in the future. If you are interested, look at court records for this process.

I could be mistaken, but I have never heard of a cop issuing a summons for Felony Theft. You get arrested and booked for that. You get summons for maybe shoplifting and other minor stuff.

I’m guessing if the victim got his stuff back he declined to press charges. Which I don’t know what kinda BS story you can come up with after stealing an entire trailer and posting everything right away on marketplace to sell.

He needed to get arrested to learn his lesson.

THIEF. In orange hazard paint
Fr33 showed TD what hero’s look like.

Proud to have him live in my subdivision. Keeps the klepto’ in me at bay.

I said it in the thread and got shite on because of it, but you could tell this is the way it was going. Glad you got your stuff back, but now he will just continue to do it. He's probably done it 100 times and gotten away with it because the OT didn't get on those cases. Now he actually got caught, and he's still getting away with it. Why would you stop if you were him?

This thread hasn't delivered. Other than getting his van back and stuff inside. Somebody open a TD account with his picture and the account called The Great Escape.

While this theft was significant, it would not necessarily require an arrest for a criminal action to begin. Most likely, a criminal summons will be served for some point in the future

This was a felony theft.

Then maybe he really did buy it off a guy for a few hundo

That was pretty clearly bullshite. And also does not free him from criminal charges regardless. It maybe would change the charges, but it wouldn't make him not responsible.

The OT tracked him down but once it turned into doxxing him, posting pics of his house and someone spray painting his curb, the cops asked Chicken to delete it.

They were mad that the OT did their job in 8 hours when they never would have solved it.

Letting someone steal your trailer and not pressing charges once you miraculously get it back is crazy. Even more when you consider he was selling your fricking property on Facebook marketplace and lying about it
