You'd have to be going a pretty significant speed to pull it off. I saw a cargo van flip about 5 or 6 times on I-10 and eject the passenger. There was some serious torque involved. Hit the concrete barrier, bounce off and start spinning. Sounds absolutely terrifying.

Do buses typically have seat belts? Only bus I've ever been on is a school bus and we didn't have seat belts.

I heard a story, maybe on here, years back about a guy who responded too the Mothers Day bus crash in New Orleans. And he took his life after because he never was right after seeing that carnage. I forgot the death toll but it was all seniors.
