I watch a ton of true crime shows and one thing I've learned is that cops, DAs, judges..... rarely if ever admit they are wrong. They tend to double down. And there are rarely any repercussions for these scumbags.
I'm all for law and order, but if you fricked up, just admit it. It will save your city/county millions down the road.

I hate to say it, but I can't help but think that race has something to do with the man being railroaded here.
White woman successfully fights off brown foreigner who attempted to snatch her child away in broad daylight in Walmart. That story is guaranteed to go viral in all the Soccer Mom groups on Facebook. The DA probably felt pressured to get a conviction immediately.

I know it sucks but very few people are worth millions for 6 weeks of incarceration.
Frivolous bullshite is one reason this country has been on a downfall. Many despicable people just look for handouts their entire lives. Trash, literal trash all of them. ALOT of these DAs have to show they have caught ANYONE that gas raised a flag to the general public so the can get those votes.
Disgusting and alot of truely innocent people end up with charges they plead put on have to pay to have the charge expunged.
Crooks and there are ALOT of them.

I thought that's who it was although I only watched a little of the current video. Some on the OT criticized her handling of Fannie in the GA case, but I thought she did well exposing Fannie's inappropriate behavior as a DA.

The defense attorney said she has interviewed the guy in the orange shirt. I'd really like to know what the mom was saying to him right after her interaction with Patel (when she backed into the display case). Was she asking him if he just saw the interaction with her and Patel? It's all speculation since there's no audio, but maybe she was trying to see if someone was going to be on her side if she just interpreted her interaction with Patel as an attempted kidnapping.

After tracking down a scooter for an old guy with a viet nam vet hat on I jumped in the seat and headed for the entrance he was waiting at. An overwhelming scent of piss came off that thing when I was about half way across the lot.
