The school has improved by many measurements, but from what you hear as people respond to this he is pretty much a tyrant and abuses his power regularly.

This is why I think it's not over, other things will come to the surface.

Keep kicking him. Don't let up. Everyone is sorry when they get caught.

Current circulation and posts by the mom is indicating that the meeting didn’t happen and the scholarships are now lost due to timing.

Seems it may not be over.

He seems smart enough or someone is smart enough to advise him to surrender and admit he crossed the line.

The next questions are are lawyers knocking down the mother’s door to give her legal advice and is the ACLU chomping to get involved?

“Hello, this is Rachel Timonet, mother of Kaylee Timonet regarding the messages posted about a scheduled meeting this is NOT true, I was called and asked to come in on Sunday to have a meeting, but my lawyer advised me otherwise. The scholarship cannot be reinstated because the due date was October 3rd and cannot be changed. Also, regarding the religious views, this was brought up by the Principal and the Ms, Becnel, not Kaylee at all,
Bibles versus were printed and a Jesus bracelet was even given to Kaylee.

the subject of religious beliefs was broached by Kaylee and myself. While that conversation was meant with the best intentions

Only one person can broach a subject, someone has to initiate it—clearly that was the person who printed the scriptures.

He flat out lied here according to the mom

I'm the least lawsuit-happy person there is but this is justified. I hope she gets paid and doesn't have to worry about a cent for college. I hope this dude gets canned and Livingston Parish Schools administrators have a whole PD day on this as an example of what not to do...

As someone of similar opinion re: lawsuits, and assuming the facts are as represented, I agree.

You can google yourself, but it is legal for a minor under the supervision of someone 21 years old or older.

And I want to add that ideally HE or his personal professional insurance should be the one to pay, not the taxpayers...

Classic "sorry I got caught" response.

This would have never happened had the mom not gone scorched earth on his arse.

And sad that some posters in here were saying she was wrong for it.

Based on his statement, it is clear that everything Kaylee claimed he said and did, actually happened.

I was concerned that this would turn into a “he said, she said” situation but this letter definitely confirms everything she said. Get that checkbook out!

Also,

I dont like how the asst principal Becnel is not catching more heat. She is trying to fly under the radar when I am confident that she was stoking the flames during that interrogation.

Especially when we learn that her daughter was a rival of sorts to Kaylee and Becnel was probably jealous her daughter wasn't receiving the accolades.

Good afternoon WHS Family,

I don't want to put my job in jeopardy. Since there is a lot of backlash and people calling for me to be fired, its cool. Let's forget this whole situation and pretend it never happened.

Thank you

They were broached by Kaylee and myself.

Did Kaylee broach the subject of religious beliefs or did he broach the subject of religious beliefs and Kaylee was just addressing what he brought up?

quote:

I do believe that standard deserves the input of not just myself

You sure about that? If you truly believe this then why the frick did you take the action that you did?

quote:

While I stand by that premise, I do believe that standard deserves the input of not just myself and top administrators, but also those student leaders. I hope to create a path moving forward where we can work together to create clear expectations for all.

You are still a douche who needs to learn that no one gives a frick about your religious beliefs and they should have no fact into how you run your public school.

Did he delete his Facebook page? I can't find it now but when I saw it, it was completely public and people were tagging him and openly bashing him on his page. Someone must have told him to shut it down.

Holy shite. If this is true then the principle is truly a retard for putting out the letter he did. He was trying to save face and was hoping he could fix his situation through perception. God doesn't like liars. Someone needs to have a meeting with him and making him read the bible.
