And it isn't fair to the other driver if they aren't the one who was impaired. That person has to deal with fact that the wreck killed someone, a kid at that. To have people automatically, with no evidence, saying they were drunk makes it even worse.
We don't know the particulars here at this point. So, best not to go leveling such accusations.

I picked up my college aged daughter and friend about 1:30 am. They planed in under but could not get one.
