We have judges in the 19th JDC literally campaigning on light, if any, jail time for prisoners.

This entire crime issue is an orchestrated effort by a group who is completely silent every single time a member of society murders one of its own, but ridiculously outspoken and quick to blame/sue when a police officer hurts or kills a member of their group.

You are being out reproduced and outvoted by them. They are easy on eachother when a crime occurs and they are perfectly ok being represented by someone in their group who can't grasp the english language, likely has an arrest or conviction on their record and is fine with their city looking like north Baton Rouge, which is awash in blight, litter and dilapidated buildings with spray painted signs for tire repair, weave shops, car detailing and night clubs.

The thug mayor, who has yet to even acknowledge that group keep tiger town beautiful, headed up by a white woman, who collects litter every single day in this shite hole, is about to appoint a woman who has absolutely no business being a police chief, to continue the path of destruction which was started by the current police chief.

The only thing you can do is move and move fast. The wave of this trashiness is moving at an exponential rate and it will spread throughout the entire parish, save for a few areas that will remain unaffordable, within the next 5-8 years.

THis is bullshite.

If its anything like the AMI Juvenile facility here in acadia parish they can just walk out the front drive. Local (rural) community was outraged that it was forced on them so they appeased them by putting a hurricane fence up around the grounds. However there is no gate on the driveway. Its beyond idiocy. Escapes happen frequently yet are unreported because they are poor little teens who were just about to start on their future medical degree.

Chicken and egg dilemma, neither one exists without the other. Overcrowded facilities and helpless staff shortages and parents without an ounce of a clue raising way too many kids and sending them to shitty public schools. They go hand in hand, the hole we are in does not have an easy solution but it appears the current plan is not to even attempt a solution. Every society has bad people we just combined all the factors into one area. We will be studied as an experiment in idiocy in a few hundred years I am sure.
