You're right. Keep him in a holding cell and test the DNA. As soon as the match comes back, then take him out.
You are right that I am right. A trial. That is in our constitution, and it is in there for a reason. It is to prevent tyrants from using the law to persecute citizens.

My wife's grandmother had something similar happen to her back in the early 80s. She was in her mid-80s, and they never caught the guy.

ETA 2: Police identified him as 22-year-old Jeremiah Taylor. According to police, Taylor has prior arrests for first and second-degree rape that were dismissed.
Don’t feel like reading five pages, so SIAP. With that said, when I read this article earlier, I pulled the old case on CC and it was dismissed on the day of trial. That means victim non-compliance issues 99% of the time.

There isn’t a day where we don’t see examples of the shittiness of these people. What are we doing? Why are we ignoring this? Where is our society going to be in a decade if we continue to ignore this? Is it worth your children and grandchildren being exposed to this nonsense for the sake of not acknowledging a pattern?

"We?"
No. This is a "they" thing.
Activist judges, DEI hires, and yep you guessed it, the progressive liberal agenda.

That is someone with animal instincts. Saw someone weak and attacked to get what they wanted. That's is mind blowing that a human can do something like that.
Not really when you see the areas his ancestors came from are the rape capitol of the world.
Low IQ. Act on every impulse.

According to a report published Tuesday by Physicians for Human Rights, there's been a "massive influx" of sexual violence in eastern DRC in recent years. When group representatives interviewed local clinicians about patients, they heard harrowing stories: Children as young as 3 years old raped; victims sometimes held days or weeks in captivity; others penetrated with sharp objects.

Tragic. My heart goes out to the victim and her family.
I ran to Gary Chamber's facebook page cause I was positive he'd be discussing it. Imagine my shock when all I saw was him talking about a white guy beating Jasmine Crockett in the Texas senate primary.

Wow, about 2 blocks from where I grew up in the early 70s. Thankfully mom and dad moved away in the 90s.
Those that can, move. This is why. 94 fricking years old. This is the experience she’ll take to her grave. Humanity freaking sucks.

These judges who are letting these animals go need to serve prison time.
