I recently did all the research on this type of vehicle. Get a Honda Pilot or Toyota Sienna.

These are chick cars...an no chick wants to drive either of those vans.

The Volvo is less reliable, more expensive, and less functional than the Pilot and Sienna.
So which one is the chick car?

I flipped one multiple times into a deep ravine and came out with nothing but some rough whiplash. The xc90 saved my life.

Less functional...what if one of the functions of the vehicle is to look good while driving?

When your third row passenger gets stuck trying to squeeze themselves out of the car and you wonder why you’re leaking thousands of dollars on maintenance after paying premium for a glorified mini van I’m sure you will relish in the fact that people know you drive a Volvo and not one of those “chick” cars.

Anyone buying the Volvo XC90 for the third row is an idiot. Buy a suburban if you want space.

Good car but don't buy it from Bergeron!

We got a 2020 t6 momentum in December. My wife loves it. She loves the pilot assist feature when we head down to the beach.
Happy to answer any questions.
We did get the 6 seater with captains chairs, so no issues with folks getting in and out of the back seat.

Mildly tempting...
But not, not gonna support the thugs at Zhejiang Geely Ltd.

Henrik Ljungqvist, body structure expert at Volvo Cars, describes the ingenious engineering behind the safety cage in the all-new XC90. The body structure features a mix off different steel grades, including a more extensive use of hot-formed boron steel, which is the strongest type of steel presently used in the car body industry. The amount of hot-formed steel is around 40 per cent of
the total body weight.
Very safe vehicle...drives and feels like a tank.
Very safe

We have a 2018. My wife loves it.
The interior is nice looking, but the center console has some creaks from the cheaper plastic that it uses. The arm rest heights and seats seem to be proportioned for a shorter driver.
The good thing is that it's roomy enough and it has some power. I like the styling and ours had 3 years of free maintenance.

There are plenty, look for yourself.

Used to be a subsidiary of Ford. Now a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. of China.
Not saying it's better or worse, but a lot of people don't know this.
If I had to guess, it's worse.

I would guess the exact opposite.

All Star Volvo is probably the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to, from the sales process to their service department.
With that out the way, my wife got a T6 Inscription last year and loves it. It drives well and has a decent amount of pickup for a four cylinder. I don’t care for the infotainment system and touchscreen, especially compared to my Audi, which I’ve seen is moving to touchscreen on their new models.
Safety wise, it is top notch. The intellisafe system and maneuverability saved us from getting into a serious crash when a driver took a blind left turn on airline and Duplessis.
