Video of suspect pointing his gun at K9 and police shoot and kills him

LINK

Officers and SWAT team members confronted Javier Galarza as he was leaving the Circle K. He was ordered to stop and show his hands, but reportedly ran away and pulled a black handgun out of a bag he was carrying. A K9 was released and stopped Galarza, causing him to fall to the ground. Galarza then pointed his gun at officers before they fired at him. Police treated Galarza at the scene before he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police officer comes in your yard, sees you dog, shoots it.

You point a weapon at their dog they shoot you.

Weird world we live in.

Cops are often a-holes and do stupid things, but this is a weird hill to die on

While your dog is eating non-GMO gluten free dog food and shitting in the house, those K9s are serving the community and obeying orders. Not even close

Those cops didn't gear up like that for nothing. That was either serving a high risk warrant for something serious or that guy did something pretty bad not too long before they went after him

A social worker would've de-escalated that situation and got that man the programs he needed
