that shite is getting old, sounds like slut's remorse, or roommate slut jealousy, at that point, saying she was drunk when it went down can't possibly proven but the kid gets his life turned upside down anyway

What's really fricked up, is that these sjw tards are pushing hard for regret sex to be a crime.

And the more offices these progressives hold, the worse it gets.

They claim, if a woman feels regret the next day, she has every right to file a rape report. I was like What???????? Lady was dead serious.

Amen to that bratha. Honestly being a male that is falsely accused of rape, and all that comes with it longterm...is probably the male equivalent of being physically raped. your whole world is turned upside down, and can never be the same.

This guy wont be able to get back on track towards where he was going in life after dealing with it.

Good for him.

My guess is that once the woman WOKE from her drunken stupor, she obviously became upset with her own actions and was probably disappointed with his pee pee tee pee.

If they were both drunk, how could he have “possibly given consent”? I’m guessing that USC did nothing to her? Title IX investigations are without a doubt one of the most sexist things in our country.

After reading more about it, it sounds like the the accuser was basically stuck due to her friend. She said she didn't go to the police nor the university.

Still fricked up all around.

To be fair, it is likely that most of them do NOT wish to procreate, either. They might wish to take part in the procreative activities for simple pleasure, but not for the procreative aspects.

They seek converts, instead, that way they are more energized for the faith.

Thats some bullshite. Basically now if you have sex with a girl even if it is by her choice and later she regrets all she has to say is she drank to much and he pressured her..and its rape.

This is what pisses me off about feminism. They claim equality when it suits them. Well, fine. We can be equal. But if that’s the case, then how is it that even though they’re both drunk, that the man is somehow responsible for his actions but the woman isn’t? How’s that equal?

The problem I have is, more often than not, false allegations, or even not guilty verdicts have just as much impact socially on the guy as getting convicted. Once your name is out there and associated with it, there is no getting rid of that. On the flip side, the "alleged victim" is allowed to go on with their life, not a single soul will know who they are, and what they falsely accused someone of. They won't ever have to deal with the stigma of that.

This whole culture has caused organizations to take a zero tolerance stand when someone is accused. I can almost guarantee that the people who decided to expel him would all say in private how f'ed up and unfair the situation was but that they didn't want to expose themselves to potential backlash.

My wife's nephew was expelled from private school 5th grade for saying that he would shoot an active shooter if it even happened at their school. One of the little girls told the teacher, shite storm ensued, and he was expelled. They'd rather kick a kid out than deal with hysterical Facebook moms taking something viral.

remember how EVIL the duke lacross players were (hell in the beginning i had my doubts too) and only due to the complete ineptitude on the part of the 'victim' and some happenstance evidence (ATM timestamps I recall) did the the whole charade unravel.

to this day i bet 50% of people still think they're guilty.

Dumbasses still believe this, no doubt.

And there's no shortage of dumbasses these days.
