This is more than just a street protest.

The military has been firing on the crowds and one of their APC’s ran over a group of citizens.

Guaido has some military forces on his side from my understanding, so there has been military action.

No. It should be shown over and over because apparently a large portion of Americans have forgotten what giving power to government looks like.

He does from what I understand as well. Unclear how much, and Maduro has been consolidating power for a few years now by appointing military officials to powerful positions within his government.

They're just shooting rubber bullets. But you're right, they did plow through the crowd earlier. Since then, they've just been playing defense and haven't really taken the initiative. They set up at the entrance to the airport on some overpasses across the main freeway.

That isn’t the sound of a gun firing rubber bullets.

Running an Apc through civilians should be an act of war to them. Unfortunate for the protestors that they just have rocks and beer bottles to fight with.

Maduro, and to a smaller degree Chavez, have been amassing power for years now, not always via the people of Venezuela. Maduro especially is a textbook example of an autocrat, and was voted out of office by the people.

Indeed. As has already been said, this is why the 2nd Amendment exists.
