No you won't get a free limo. No you won't have to spend 10k. They should have told you the table minimum upfront so you could get away with paying as little as that plus tip.
I'd imagine the minimum on the mezzanine level will be anywhere from $1k-$3k depending on who the DJ is.

Hey, it's just the way it works
They arent gonna run up your tab per se, but they will pour whatever you got at the table. If you are rude to them, they will go crying to the promoter (who is prob trying to frick them), who in turn will send over a 300 lb silver back to give you a hard time. And they will boot you and not give a frick, while probably adding a 20% surcharge to your CC
$7k goes fast at Hakkasan, just a warning. go prepared and dont fight the system.

Just get ready to pay up big time for bottle service. Marquee is INCREDIBLE. You will not regret it. You can't go half arse in Vegas. It has become a huge money drop. Just suck it up & do it.

Great time though. Encore is the best. Club XS and the pool party at the encore. My last night in town this past year I sat at the lobby bar at the encore and watched about 10 hookers come and meet their clients for the night. The hookers were absolute 10s.
