I had mine done last year. Highly recommend to the responsible adults of the OT if you don’t want any more kids.

I don’t want any more kids, but I don’t want someone giving me a shot in the dick more. My wife is pushing me to get one, but I keep delaying. Going on two years so far.

Pull up the thread about the dude that had two kids out of the house, and knocked up the old lady at something like 43. If you’re done having kids get the snip

Valium prior to procedure and percocet for pain working their magic

I went to a consult with a urologist and that dude said he only gave tramadol. I said thanks but I’ll see someone else. I don’t need Percocet but at least give me some Vicodin if you’re going to cut into my sack.

What is really gonna suck is if you have a crazy arse wife who decides she wants more kids and wants you to have it reversed. I speak from experience.

Let's just say she is no longer my wife. I'll let you guess why.

My wife had to sign a waiver form lol. I never understood why she had to sign that one.

I had complications with my procedure. I ended up receiving 6 shots and never lost feeling in my nut sack. It was awful. The smell was horrendous too.

The doctor asked if I wanted to continue, because I could feel everything that he was doing. I told him to finish it up, because there was no way I would ever consider doing this again.

He did. I hurt for quite a while. Once healed, I experienced a monthly pain in my left sack that could compare to getting kicked in the nuts --- and it would last for approximately 2 to 3 days before it would go away. This happened like clockwork for about 8 to 10 months. Aleve brought me some relief, but the pain was still present during those 48 to 72 hours.

Thankfully, I haven't had any issues in months now. Am I glad I did it? Yes. Would I do it again? Hell no.

My wife got a tubal after child # 3. The child was born at noon and the doctor had to do office visits until 4:30pm. The wife stayed hooked to the epidural and couldn't eat until after the procedure. Around 1 pm she asked me if I could just get a Vas and she be un hooked and skip waiting/the procedure.

I don't remember the conversation at all. She says I just said...."Oh there are more people to call about the baby. Be right back." I don't remember it at all.

Yes, she was pissed for awhile. But... best damned thing I did that day!!
