I have owned different kinds of dogs all my life and have never had one kill an animal. The only exception is a beagle that would eat the rabbit that we wounded if we didn't get to it in time. My lab retrieves ducks all day long and would never kill any.
Comparing a trained retriever to a dog that chases squirrels and birds isn't the same.
So you've never had a dog that chased squirrels or rabbits or any kind of animal?
If a dog chases something, and then catches it, he's likely going to kill it, whether it be intentional or not.

Awful story but it’s not the dogs fault.
I had a Husky for 10 years. He was the sweetest dog around people of all ages (even infants). He loved other large dogs and never growled or bit once.
Until.....
One day I was running with him (on a leash) and a toy dog came running in the street yapping at us. In a second he snatched that little dog up and punctured its abdomen multiple times and tossed it aside.
A few weeks later he killed a wild rabbit that got inside my fence. Later on, he killed a squirrel as well.
He was a hunter of furry small prey. He was not a dangerous animal. I kept him on a leash or in my fenced yard. If your animal comes inside- not my problem.

Husky's the rich man's pit bull.

I wonder if at any point the dog thought to herself damn I've killed a lot of animals or if she just stayed in a murderous frenzy the whole time.

I can live with a few dead cats or squirrels. Mine is even great around little yappy dogs

Do you think this is OK?

Nature does not care what I think. I had him on a leash and tried to run to the other side of the street and pull him with me.
Animals will be animals.

Sounds like you shouldn't own any animals

That 1st pic He has the "I'm going to kill something" look on his face.
Yes, it is frightening. He looks like the Doggy Version of Nicholas Cruz making his Killing Spree video.
I thought that only cats were murderous psychotics when it comes to pets.

That's how Mormons practice execution. Blood on the ground. Those animals are in heaven now.

You've got 3 seconds to get that motherfricking camera out my face.
