Affirmative action fricked over middle class and poor whites the most. The rich whites had their backdoor channels to get access to whatever they wanted, which is why they allowed its existence for so long in the first place.
The middle class was sacrificed so the elites in our country could keep their power.

Are they just admitting that certain races are more moronic than others by setting these standards?
At least if they approached it like that and explained "look these folks are just so so stupid we can hold them to the same standard" everyone might just understand.

100% this should've been 9-0 instead of 6-3. frick those liberal justices, especially Sotomayor who shouldn't be there in the first place after she argued that a written exam for firefighters was "racist" because not enough minorities scored high enough. Of course Obama had to Obama and still nominated her anyhow.

Yes. People legitimately think Black individuals cannot obtain a driver's license. How little respect do you have to have for a group of people to assume that?
This just gets me so frosty. Just an utter lack of any sort of respect for fellow humans, purely because how they look. At least jokes poke fun at the absurdity that is racism, but these bottom dwelling expectations are just so far past the line, it borders on attrocity.
