Instead of fighting wars with the middle east I don't understand why we don't nation build in our backyard. Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Cuba all have way more potential than frick Afghanistan. Half the illegal immigration problems are from those countries. They are just making their way here through Mexico.

At this point, the republicans are the liberal party in the classic sense of the word. The Democrats are the authoritarian progressives.
