Ehhh. I'm not sure how OK I am with Miss Lindsey sipping tea in the bunker after these are launched with active warheads accidentally.

To make sure they work as designed.

If Trump wants to do something powerful he should bring back the neutron bomb/missile. It is a matter of time before Putin decides to put some into production.

The US conducts Minuteman III missile test launches several times a year, with the tests being routine and not a response to current world events. These tests are long-planned and are used to ensure the readiness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the nation's nuclear deterrent forces. For example, a test occurred on November 5, 2025, and another one is scheduled for February 28, 2025.

It’s necessary from time to time to pull your guns out of the safe and ensure that are in proper working order

We do it all the time. We also do tests of the AGM-86B Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) that is our nuclear cruise missile and tests of the B61 nuclear bombs. Just none of them have the "physics package" in them. They have either warhead simulators or other test payloads in them. Oh, and don't look now, but we are also in flight test for the new nuclear cruse missile to replace the ALCM. It is called the AGM-181A Long Range Standoff (LRSO) missile.

Nuke testing is just what we need right now.
Bring back the 80s.
Bring back anti--nuke-proliferation protests.
I'll take the anti-nuke protests of the 80s all day everyday vs what we got now.
People gotta fixate on something that's not Trump. So it might as well be an above ground nuclear explosion.

Why did OP share pictures of a helicopter in a thread about a missile test?
Posted on 11/5/25 at 7:55 pm to BigGreenTiger
these get tested all the time usually about 4-7 times a year.
I got to participate in a few when I was a in the USAF
