Can we get degrees by major? Because a doctorate in modern dance isn’t as useful as a welding certificate.

Women will try and use this to claim they are smarter. Well then let's see what those majors are.

recommend you read the book, The War Against Boys: How Misguided Policies Are Harming Our Young Men by Christina Hoff and you wouldn't find this so surprising.

It's not conjecture, it's not subjective, it's a verifiable, statistical fact that this country’s educational and court systems have been slaughtering males, especially white males, at an increasing rate under the guise of "equity," and it has worked shockingly well.

Go read that book. It's eye opening.

Of course, but killing off males and making females less likely to marry/have children is the point.

LGBTQ/abortion/feminism are one and the same.

A better question is how long it would take society to evolve to where women see "marrying down" as acceptable.

Define "down"

This has more to do with class than it does educational attainment. Getting a bachelor's degree from Nicholls State doesn't raise you up very high.

There are a lot of shitty degrees from a lot of shitty schools making up those stats.

And a lot of ethnic and foreign graduates that the calculus doesn't work the same.

I agree with the "women don't marry down" sentiment, but the "down" part is loosely defined.

I know lots of non-college graduates that married well-educated women. But the men usually come from good families and are successful in business, farming, etc.

Notice they don’t even show any degrees that correspond directly with jobs like plumber, electrician, carpenter. It’s always the fancy stuff that nobody really needs anyway.

Men are making our country great again one HVAC service call at a time!

I know you're being facetious, but the truth is likely that there are many jobs that don't require a degree that are "for men" and pay well, whereas all of the jobs "for women" that pay well typically require a degree (well outside of being a thot online).

Probably half the college educated women I've worked locally with have blue collar husbands. Its not a social issue here, as blue collar baws make good money.

Plus being handy has advantages when you own cabins, planes and big boats.

A generation of little girls who began life as "sugar and spice and everything nice".... and by college end as enraged entitled broads who still believe in the perpetual double-myth of "IT'S THE YEAR OF THE WOMAN", and "BAD PATRIARCHY!"

Just what the world needs now:

Hundreds of thousands MORE "educated" aka indoctrinated females wielding power #Social Service & Human Resources jobs in gubmint and at corporate ( with HUGE chips on their shoulder for presently being -- as well as in the future, Old Maids).

Compared to someone who graduated in HVAC from Fletcher Technical Community College? Or a shrimper? Yes it does.

Women from Harvard on the Bayou aren't exactly marrying guys from the real Harvard, baw.

Exceptions exist. The overall data doesn't say this is a 100% scenario.

depends on the degree. getting an engineering degree from any accredited university will absolutely lead to a high paying job. plenty of nurses and other jobs that pay well that come from smaller state schools like that.

Only in real grad school. Engineering, chemistry, physics, Comp sci etc.

Most "graduate" degrees are a joke.

MBA
Education

Etc etc

So, foreigners in stem really doesn't skew averages.

and despite what the OT likes to pretend, those jobs pay like shite except for the 1 offs and those that make it very high in the company/own the company(very small %). the averages dont lie.
