Ive called the UPS store where the package was shipped from. No freakin help. No help from there corporate number which takes me to the Phillipines. Called the Arlington Tx hub phone number which is basically a phone number for employees of UPS. Dont know who else to call.

Kept trying to get info on open stores in a snow storm when on the road. Two showing open were in fact closed. Kept getting call center in Central or South America and after the third or fourth person asked if the had ever seen snow. They had not.

You do realize that calling the store is not the same as actually going in person and getting in front of their customer service rep working that store. You may get different results which is why LSUfan4444 suggested you "go to the local UPS store"

There is a UPS store in nearly every strip mall. Take 10 min out of your day and drive over to one.

If you want to get true UPS information, go to your local Distribution/Customer Service center.
Sometimes if you go late in the day, your package is on the truck still and they can get it for you.

If you shipped on your UPS account and know the 6-digit account number it's easy to get a US rep at 800-377-4877.
If someone else shipped the package or you bought the label at a shipping store, prayers sent.

If it's not showing up on the online UPS tracking website. No one you contact by phone or in person can help you. They will say lets give it a few days and see if it shows up in the system

I went to one last week.
It seems like these places are becoming an Amazon drop off site for returns. The one I went to just installed some kiosks to drop off your Amazon returns yourself and you had to bag it yourself and drop it in the bin. Seems like a good place to steal some returns that may not make it to Amazon.
