That number and this number 1-800-742-5877 gets you someone in the Phillipines. You cannot get anyone at a UPS hub to help you.

It dont matter if you go in the store or call them. They have no phone numbers to the UPS hub. All they can do is email UPS to try and find my package with my tracking number. Ive called twice and they have told me the same thing.

It means is that it had a incoming scan done. That does not mean it is still at the Arlington hub. It's quite possible that it has been stolen or damaged and somebody just shite canned the box. UPS "Lost" a fuel cell for one of our aircraft that had gone out for repair. Big box, with packing tape from the repair company with their name and phone number all over it. It was never found and since the package was not insured by the shipper because we did not tell them to insure it for replacement value, we got 100.00. It was a 16,000 dollar part to replace.
